last days

It’s all coming together now. I’ve started packing my case, it’s so frustrating, i have tomorrow left, im going to a festival today and doing my last connection night tonight. Argh!

Tomorrow i have to go into town and get the essentials i need for my case, and then goodbye drinks with lauren

then wednesday morning 4.30am getting picked up to go to airport.

Hopefully be in Ibiza before 10am Wednesday…. the rest is to be destined!

It’s always best to write a post first – then think of a title.

It’s been 2/3 months since i last updated, i have a tumblr now, and kind of neglected wordypress – hmmm.

There’s quite alot of stuff that’s gone on in the past few months…

My hair… My lovely lovely hair has gone to HairHeaven (salon floor )

I took the brave decision to get rid of it for the summer – im getting used to it now, its been this short for about 2/3 weeks now, it’s growing quickly.

In 2 weeks im moving to Ibiza! (Spain) im so scared but so excited! Money is a massive problem but something will work out – surely! so i’ll be updating less maybes you never know!

Last week was a great week my friend Rae recently gave birth and after a few months of being a mother I’ve managed to drag her out onto the party scene – ive introduced her to Jukebox, we’ve went to where we used to go and we’ve also tried new places like.. Venue (Krash) – which was great except they don’t know how to make a good drink in that place!

Oh and last week was the launch of Kyeo.tv (keep your eyes open TV) They had 3 cool bands playing Shift static, Retriever and The Martini sessions,

Oh i went to a couple crazy student house partys, NOT good for work! (going in late and hangover/still drunk) but so much fun i just wish i had photos but they weren’t planned!

Speaking of work i leave soon! in a week wow! and i have my leaving party this Sunday, wow everything is coming so quickly..

ahh! Lauren (ill post a pic of her for your amusement) is taking me shopping next tuesday to get me suited and booted for going away, all on her too, its good to have friends like these, plus Mel just text me saying she’ll pay for my night at jukebox tomorrow night weyhey!

oh my god i was rushed to hospital too! forgot about that ha, yes i collapsed in a club, mel brought me home and called an amubulence… nothing serious i just had far too much alcohol and hadnt ate anything that day…

that was a fun experience, the paramedics thinking i was a drug user (heroine) because i had track marks on my arm… (from blood i had taken the week before) that was embarrassing. they didnt believe me until the blood tests came back with just alcohol in my system :-/ I have learnt to eat alot more trying to have breakfast dinner tea supper and snack etc etc, but it’s hard when your picky with food or just dont have time!

right, thats all i can think of at the moment.. i’ll try and update before i go!

It’s been about a month since my last update, quite a lot’s happened, some good, some bad.

I started going out with this guy, but that’s ended. reasons being that im going to work abroad in June and it’s not good to build things up until then. which i understand, but i was upset.

on the terms of Ibiza It’s all paid for, now just to save as much as I can!

There’s alot im not going to put in this blog, but ill put other stuff in instead.

In fact im going to start as recent as 2 days ago.
The night of the break up. I’m glad i already had my friend round and we just decided to get really off our tits… with Frosty Jacks… [see pic]

It worked. I was barely able to walk. It also destroyed my stomach line, I couldn’t even take down water, I was forever at the toilet. I also broke the toilet in an array of anger “Rawrr!!!” and flung the complete lid off the toilet. Good times. It’s fixed now.

Also been doing more stonelove nights

We’re so pale on the last picture so me and mel decided to hit the stand n tans. not to get ORANGE. but to get a little colour in our skins. and to prep us for Ibiza!

Last night me and Mel went to the dirty Pop Big Ibiza Foam Party, which was very wet sticky and fun! at one point we were so wet, pouring drinking over each other was a sane idea. Apart from when your eyelids get so sticky!

there was also a Bouncy castle there. But we didn’t get the chance to go on it, by the time we finished dancing and stopped drowning in the foam it was down and packed :’( bad times but there’s always next time when that is.

its 2010!

Happy New year!

lets hope you had a great time celebrating it (for those of you who have had their new year) – I know I did.

I went for a Chinese in town after work on New years eve with Mel, definitely didn’t eat £9.50 worth of food but the wine itself was good enough to get half wasted on before we hit the pubs and bars in Newcastle.

we done our usual jaunt of Dog and parrot but weirdly it was pretty dead, we expected (for such an important date) the place would be a bit busier – it wasn’t we stayed for a couple before we headed off the Gotham town. As soon as we were about to leave D&P it started snowing, quite a lot, in fact I had to take a picture.

see… snow! it was actually pretty deeper than it looks, but we did get to Gotham (which is a meer 2 minutes walk) unscathed!

by this time we were well on our way to being smashed, I can’t even remember much in Gotham… let me think

Oh i remember going to the toilets and this dude was like “wah, your birds pretty fit man” and i was like hmm “thank you but she aint my girlfriend”, he was like “ooh you’s dating?” then i was thinking geeez i just want to piss. so i ignored him.
…and yeah i think thats about all i remember from Gotham.

we then headed over to Bulletproof Vs Stonelove! by this time we were smashed, i remember such a great night though, i took a flask of Vodka with me too just incase the drink prices were expensive, but they weren’t they were pretty cheap, in fact i think they were normal day prices! still ended up drinking the flask of vodka, i poured it into our double vod and coke and it tasted foal! ergh, i remember the taste now…

*Dances hard* I remember the count down, and kissing, and then i think an hour or two went by and i managed to lose Mel and my phone, but i had Mels purse :S Anyways i met this girl, (if i was straight i could have pulled) her friend was like whats your number she fancies you, I was like “im gay! but ill still have your number!” then i realised Mel had my phone, Then mel appeared with a guy around her mouth, and took my phone from her cleavage… Thanks.

So after the New Year the Whole place was Covered in SNOW and lots of it, it’s still about nearly a week later, plus we got more.

My Birthday was on Sunday the 3rd. I turned 20. Not a big or important age is it?

sadly my Birthday wasnt so mint cos there was no clubs open, well there was one, but thats shit enough.

Oh! I’ve been seeing this guy. I stayed at his in Hexham on the eve of my birthday, which was very… energetic to say the least.

Here is my Sheep head which i bought off Ebay for 99p! excluding like £4 postage, Bargain! then i wrapped my scarf i got off the takeaway around its neck.

I havent even been to work this year yet. But im on call incase someone can’t make it in and I live close by enough to get drafted in.

I’ve just downloaded Kitsune Maison vol 8 off iTunes, its awesome i love Kitsune Compilations!

The christmas tree is down. Hurray!
I hate christmas, next year i want to try and get away – It was hardly a christmas this year,i only had 1 day off (christmas day) you can’t fully enjoy the festive season when your working through it!

Thank god i have new years off!

today i came back from hexham – spent the night (a great night) their last night – i also FINALLY bought Mels christmas present. hopefully she’ll like it;

On Sunday night i spent some precious drinking time with Lauren, we normally buy wine but we decided to Taboo it – which we regret now – such a waste of money we bought a bottle each – drank it and still sober! :O

We ordered a takeaway (cheeseburger and cheesy chips nom) and we got 2 free scarf’s

Monday it was Mel’s Uncles 50th, so i tagged along – it was a good night actually, after the party we went back to Mels.

what was 2009 for me…

I have to use my Noggin for this and try to put a year into a post.. or at least the main parts…

January – I was still living in North shields my new years was shit, my birthday was on the 3rd, went out, but that was equally shit too. However I did go to see The Pussy Cat Dolls at the Arena.. They were shit see crap photo below (i got dragged there :-/)

from january to June im not too sure what happened, I know that i did see quite a few guys during this period, none whom i miss, they were mainly just for the fun.
I did have blondish hair in march however as ive found this webcam photo;

In June I moved back to my Mam’s for a couple of months, it was strange I a different person i was so much better, i think the place i lived before was hell destroying,

I also kept winning GREAT amounts of dosh on the lottery! I won £300 twice and i won £2,450 on the national lottery;

I think that was saturday 4th July, can’t quite remember, even worse is i have nothing much to show for what i bought with my winnings… maybe clothes and crap
Actually i did start a camera obsession, i bought my first Lomo, a Fish eye;

I moved In with my dad in July also, when I bought another lomo cam which is the action sampler, im not greatly fond of it to be honest;

As you can see it’s quite grainy… not good in my books.
I’ve also bought a Lomo Diana Mini, and a film SLR camera too.

I took up drawing/pastelling;

I also started to make my bedroom more homely this is the only picture of my room, since my digital camera has broken I can’t take a pic of it now… :’(

I also tried my hand at scrapping;

I had a boyfriend this year.. but it didn’t last long – I’m not ready for a relationship and im probably not good boyfriend material anyways,

here’s a couple of storeys that happened this year;

“I had just bought a pair of cool new shoes they were awesome, obviously because they’re new and lush I go out to Whitley Bay and Flaunt them. I had one of the best night’s ever, until the very end… I’m incredibly monged and I went for a piss around the back of the pizza joints and various dodgy takeaways down the bay. It’s pitch black but I manage to see a doorway so i decide to go in and take a piss there, before i even got my ding-dong out I was on the floor, my leg went through something, and a horrid, fowl, amazingly disgusting smell surrounds me. and crawl out get up and go round the street where my friends are waiting. I was Covered up to my knees in shit, I had only fell down a sewer… akkk the smell. I had to leave my new shoes in Whitley and my socks and roll my pants up and try to get a taxi to my nana’s (where i was living for 2 weeks at the time) the taxi stopped to drop my friend off but i ad to get out the taxi and be sick, the two of us standing in the middle of the street barfing our guts up, to add to this the smell, and also it was pissing so heavy i was drenched, thankfully my nana lived 15 minutes away so i had to run down to hers barefoot in the soaking rain still smelling like china’s sewage system. I woke my nana up at 4am, crying and shouting im stinking help! she was up (bless her) from 4 washing my clothes twice and then washing the washing machine out akkk not good at all! – still gutted about those trainers like!)

and this next story aint too good or funny;

“walking home from work i got jumped on by these lads drinking, akk i didn’t get hurt but my fucking mobile phone was missing when i ran away from them, they did have it as they answered when we rang the mobile, so since then about 2 month ago i have been stuck with a cheap £10 mobile phone which is incredibly hard to hear people on”

well im getting a new phone tomorrow so thats brilliant also I’ll be able to record more things as it has a camera!

Paradise Circus

Guess what…. I Found massive attacks new song – which i was banging on about in the last post.. It’s Paradise Circus, it’s so good even after about 30 listens, im not sure when it’s released but as soon as it’s on iTunes it’s mine – and the album Heligoland too

There is a proper music video but it won’t let me put it on, you have to watch the music video though, it’s basically an old woman talking about her prostitution days and porn days, really awesome.

Now Personal life;

Wednesday I got absolutely off my trotter at the pub, came home, met up with a guy whom i had intercourse with back in march/may time, it was very fun, it was outside again like last time, which was very muddy - since its winter :-/

Then I invited him back to mine because the cold was too cold.

Dad also give me a metrocentre gift card.. he was going to give it to my sister – but i had a small tantrum and so he give in. I spent hours there, but only spent £15 on a shirt, I hate shopping alone, but everyone was at work.

On the note of work, everyone else is making me so jealous about having their Christmas Parties. But unfortunately we can’t have ours until the end of January this is so we aren’t too drunk to come into work the next day, par, I come into work at least once a week pissed. shhh – I’m just slipping by.

Thursday 10th – Monday 14th December #5

The first time I’ve listened to the radio in a long time, and an amazing song comes on. It’s a new song by Massive Attack. It appears they have a new album coming out in February about 10 weeks – not long.
The song Is amazing and beautiful and haunting – but unfortunately I didn’t hear the track,

I’m in the bath now. I find it so much easier to think when im surrounded by hot water and the scent of whatever bath gel ive poured in.

Thursday night me and mel went to Stonelove, I can’t remember much from it to be honest, but theres a photograph of us two…

Oh friday was great! instead of going to see Electric six we went for drinks instead, stayed out and went to Jukebox, we caught the last ten minutes of O Children playing – which was awesome as I forgot they were up here – they were pretty cool to say the least.

We also met Emily and Alice whom we met at a Stonelove the week before, glad we all remembered each other!

Oh I think I could have an allergy or intolerance to some of the food I eat… my stomachs been going crazy the past few weeks – need to get this sorted at the doctors when I have an appointment on the 23rd of this month, I’ll ask for a skin test or something.. I just need help really.

tuesday 8th – Thurday 10th Dec #4

Wow the back-end of the week really builds up in my diary – D&P quiz is great – it is a regular thing me and Mel do and we always loose and come last but we enjoy it, we started talking to these to girls who were quite patronising… “oh you never win but you still come back and try..bless….” NO we come for the crack…bitch tits.

next week its the Christmas Quiz, the last one this year – of 2009!

This year has been quite a whirled wind of a ride for me and Mel, we’ve accomplished a lot and lost a lot, but it’s been a great year i suppose, we’ve found and met new people new relationships, new beginnings.

2010 is a brand new start for us both, we’ve booked and planned our working trip away to Ibiza, to spend a glorious 4 month abroad. quite a few people have doubted – because were handing in our notices at work and not coming back after 2 weeks.. they can’t quite believe that we’ll cope alone… but we will – even if we’re on the streets we’ll crash at some friend’s till we find our feet, at least we’ll have the sun!

Friday – hasn’t came yet.. well its now, but at 4am.. we arent going to see Electric six, we don’t want to waste the money seeing a band we arent great fan’s of, so we’re gonna Jukebox it instead!

I haven’t had a play with new SLR (not digital) camera yet and I don’t think i will tomorrow, as i’m pretty exhausted and i’ll be hung over tomorrow – plus ill need to catch up on food intake as i’ve lacked slightly the past few days. Tomorrow night shall be good, ill blog about it – whenever the next blog comes about.

Not looking forward to Christmas at all, it’s the worst time of year. Skint. Skint. Skint. pah, whoever invented the consumerism part of it should be shot – I’ll do it myself!
